Tim Michalski is the President of Lighthouse Software Solutions and original founder. Always the entrepreneur, Tim has never ceased to stop moving when it comes to building his businesses. In addition to Lighthouse Software Solutions, Tim has also incorporated Renown Merchant, which is an e-marketing company that specializes in helping businesses sell their products and services over the Internet. Without question, Tim's favorite time of the year is not Christmas, but rather March Madness!
Chris Lawler is the lead software architect at Lighthouse Software Solutions and the mastermind behind the complex technical details of each project. Chris earned his Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota and his Masters of Science in Software Engineering at the University of St. Thomas. Besides software engineering, Chris is very passionate about baseball and has coached youth baseball for the city of Edina for the last four years.
Jordan Koidahl is the Java programming guru that always comes through when it's crunch time. When the deadlines are looming, Jordan will step in and work everyone under the table until we hit our goal. When Jordan isn't saving the programming world, he's playing hockey until midnight and living up the downtown life in Minneapolis.
Keith Marthaler is the resident database administrator and an expert in his craft. A love of databases is a hard quality to find in a person, and Keith hasn't been able to get enough of them during his 15 years in the field. When Keith isn't administering databases, he is spending time with his family and tinkering around his house on many of his DIY projects.
Marc Shapiro is our creative inspiration and the go-to guy when we need to make everything look slick. He has a knack for taking a bland web site and turning it into an incredible masterpiece. When Marc isn't making the web beautiful, he's strapping on his running shoes or hitting the clubs to see the local bands with Jordan.
Tj Kellie is the Microsoft .NET guru that can do just about anything when it comes to Microsoft software development. Tj also has the entrepreneur spirit and has been very successful in his mobile computing company Truman Mobile, of which Prince (the famous pop/rock singer) was one of his clients. Not only is Tj a master in Microsoft .NET, but he is also a black belt in Karate and an amateur kick boxer.
